Analysis Rough Draft

I am still into the research stages of my project, but not because I'm lazy but because I want to do it right. OK... some of it may be because I have gotten lazy, but I'm really excited to report on how social media affected the ALS research movement this last summer. A few sights I'm going to pull a lot of information from is right here:
http://www.alsa.org/fight-als/ice-bucket-challenge.html

Some of the main questions I hope to answer are:

What is ALS?
How and who did the challenge start with?
How much money was raised, and how much of it actually went to treat ALS?
How many people who participated actually knew what they were doing?
What misconceptions did social media help perpetuate about ALS or the challenge?
When did it start to lose its meaning?
What are the pros/cons that came about through this whole process?

As well as other criteria mentioned on the class syllabus. It is going to be a great read, and hopefully it will clear a lot of questions up that some of you may have had about the "ALS Ice Bucket Challenge."
